I am so happy you are here. Thank you. I have been in the spa business for 20+ years. Working in high end health clubs, hotels, salons and spas throughout my years. I finally decided to take all my knowledge of the spa, massage & skincare industry to start my very own private practice…santai. The word santai is Indonesian, meaning relax, calm, chill & taking it easy. Anywhere…at the beach, under palm trees, in a hammock, by the water drinking a coconut. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I understand life happens. However, as a small business, late cancellations & no-shows dampens my ability to offer you the best possible booking experience. When scheduling, a credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
I request 24-hour notice for all cancellations. All cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment costs. All no-shows results in a 75% charge of the scheduled appointments.
Late Policy: I will do my best to accommodate everyone. If you are running late please call to make me aware. I will do my best to fit in the service scheduled if time is available. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
